MECHANICS
Spend $30 or more on fuel or Shell/Pacific Energy lubricants from participating service stations to go into the draw to win. Scan the QR Code at participating service stations or visit the link on Pacific Energy social media pages to enter. Fill in your name, phone number, product purchased, amount & receipt number and upload a photo of the receipt.

PROMOTION PERIOD
The promotion will commence on April 5th, 2025 – January 31st, 2026

DRAW DATES
The major prize draw dates will be scheduled as per below;

ELIGIBILITY
Pacific Energy Staff, employees of participating service stations are not eligible for this promotion. This promotion is only eligible for Cash, Prepaid Card and Statistics Card Customers. (EFTPOS payment, M-PAiSA, MyCash or normal cash are all acceptable) Applicable Products: Unleaded, Diesel, LPG, Zoom, Kerosene, Shell Lubricants & Pacific Energy Lubricants.

CLAIMING OF PRIZES
Winners are required to provide valid Photo ID to claim prizes. Winners must claim their prize(s) at Pacific Energy Head Office or at designated sites. Additionally, by accepting their prize, winners permit Pacific Energy to take photographs and videos for marketing purposes.

DRAWING OF PRIZES
Prizes will be drawn on the dates given. A member of Police will be present during drawing of prizes.

AWARDING OF PRIZES
Non-Cash Prizes will NOT be exchanged in lieu of CASH. Prizes damaged by the customer will NOT be replaced by Pacific Energy.

WINNING OF PRIZES
Winners will be notified on details of how and where to claim their prizes. Winners are required to sign an acknowledgement of receipt of the prize when collecting the prize. Winners will have their names and photographs featured in our announcements and media communications.

FINAL DECISION
The decision of Pacific Energy SWP Pte Limited will be final in the event of a dispute. All prizes unclaimed three months after the draw date will become the property of Pacific Energy SWP Pte Limited’s Pacific Energy SWP Pte Limited reserves the right to change or amend the above Terms & Conditions at any time within the promotional period.

What is Big 15?

The Big 15 is a promotion celebrating Pacific Energy's 15th birthday, each month for 9 months we will be drawing 15 winners to win incredible prizes. On the 10th month we will draw the major prize winner of a mystery vehicle giveaway.

How do I enter the draw?

To enter, simply spend $30 or more on fuel or Pacific/Shell lubricants at any participating Pacific Energy service station. After your purchase, scan the barcode provided, and follow the prompts to complete your entry.

How long does the promotion run?

The promotion runs from April 1st, 2025, to January 31, 2026.

How many winners will there be?

15 winners will drawn every month for 9 months and 1 lucky winner will be drawn on the 10th month. There will be a total of 136 winners.

What are the prizes?

Do I need a smartphone to enter the draw?

Not necessarily. While scanning the QR Code via your smartphone is one way to enter, the other way is to click on the link provided on Pacific Energy social media pages and follow the prompts to enter.

Do I get more entries for purchasing more fuel?

Yes! The more you fill up, the higher your chances of winning. Each qualifying purchase of $30 or more gives you one entry into the draw.

Can I enter the draw more than once?

Absolutely! Each qualifying purchase entitles you to one entry, so feel free to participate as often as you like during the promotion period.

If I spend $60 or more on one receipt, do I qualify for 2 entries?

Entries are based on each individual receipt number. To qualify for two entries, you must spend $30 or more on two separate transactions.

If I make two separate purchases of fuel and/or lubricants at a Pacific Energy service station on the same day and the combined total is $30 or more, can I enter the draw?

No, you will not be eligible to enter the draw.

Can I purchase both lubricants and fuel, and does a total of $30 or more on one receipt qualify me for an entry voucher?

Yes, you will be eligible to enter as both lubricants and fuel are purchased on the same receipt.

Do entry vouchers carry over to subsequent draw dates?

Yes, entries will carry forward to all draws.

When will the winners be announced?

Winners will be drawn on a monthly basis. Please see T&Cs for draw dates.

How will I know if I won a prize?

Winners will be notified via the contact information provided during entry. It is essential that you provide accurate details to ensure we can reach you.

Are there any age restrictions to enter the draw?

Yes, participants must be at least 18 years old to enter the draw.

What happens if I lose my entry receipt?

Unfortunately, if you lose your entry receipt and have not scanned the QR Code or entered your details, you will not be eligible for the draw. It is advised to keep your receipts until after the draw.
