MECHANICS
Spend $30 or more on fuel or Shell/Pacific Energy Lubricants from participating service stations to go into the draw to win. Pacific Energy will provide entry vouchers for this promotion when customers purchase under the conditions specified. Fill in your Name, Phone Number, Product Purchased, Amount & Receipt Number. Vouchers & receipts to be entered into provided Entry Bins at participating Pacific Energy Service Stations.

PERIOD
The promotion will commence on 4th July 2024 and end on Jan 5th, 2025.

DRAW DATES
The major prize draw dates will be scheduled as per below;
1. September 14th, 2024
2. November 16th, 2024
3. January 11th, 2025

ELIGIBILITY
Pacific Energy Staff, employees of participating service stations are not eligible for this promotion.
This promotion is only eligible for Cash, Prepaid Card and Statistics Card Customers. (EFTPOS payment, M-PAiSA, MyCash or normal cash are all acceptable)
Applicable Products: Unleaded, Diesel, LPG, Zoom, Kerosene, Shell Lubricants & Pacific Energy Lubricants.

CLAIMING OF PRIZES
Winners need valid Photo ID to claim prizes. Winners must claim their prize(s) at Pacific Energy Head Office or at designated sites.

DRAWING OF PRIZES
Prizes will be drawn on the dates given.
A member of Police will be present during drawing of prizes.

AWARDING OF PRIZES
Non-Cash Prizes will NOT be exchanged in lieu of CASH.
Prizes damaged by the customer will NOT be replaced by Pacific Energy.

WINNING OF PRIZES
Winning customers will be notified on details of how and where to claim their prizes.
Winning customers are required to sign an acknowledgement of receipt of the prize when collecting the prize.
Winning customers will have their names and photographs featured in our announcements and media communications.
Vehicle Registration included. Insurance and accessories are not included.
The availability of vehicle colors for winners is limited to black, red, or grey. Winners will select their preferred color based on the order of the draw.

FINAL DECISION
The decision of Pacific Energy SWP Pte Limited will be final in the event of a dispute.
All prizes unclaimed three months after the draw date will become the property of Pacific Energy SWP Pte Limited.

Pacific Energy SWP Pte Limited reserves the right to change or amend the above Terms & Conditions at any time within the promotional period.

If I fill $60+ on one receipt, can I count this as 2 entries or one?

The entries are based on per receipt number, you will need to fill $30+ on two separate occasions in order to qualify for 2 entries.

If I make two separate purchases of fuel and/or lubricants at a Pacific Energy service station on the same day, and the total of the receipts is $30 or more, am I eligible to receive an entry voucher?

No, you will not qualify for an entry voucher.

Can I purchase lubricants and fuel and can the sum of $30+ qualify for an entry voucher?

Yes, you qualify for an entry voucher on the basis that the lubricants and fuel product is purchased on the same receipt.

Do entry vouchers carry forward to the next draw(s)?

The entry vouchers submitted will only be included in the draw date it is valid for. Previous entries will not be carried forward. Draws will be conducted using new entry vouchers every major draw.
